  • International Shipping:

    We deliver to select countries. Please contact our support team before placing an international order to confirm serviceability.




2. Dispatch Timeline


  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment and prescription verification (if required).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.




3. Delivery Time


  • Metro Cities (India):

    2–4 business days

  • Other Locations in India:

    3–7 business days

  • International Orders:

    7–15 business days (depending on customs and country-specific policies)

4. Shipping Charges


  • Domestic Orders:

    Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A standard shipping charge applies to orders below this value.

  • International Orders:

    Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier. Any customs duties or taxes in the destination country must be paid by the customer.




5. Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor the delivery status in real-time through our courier partner's portal.




6. Packaging


All orders are securely packaged to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. Sensitive medicines are shipped with appropriate temperature control and labeling, where applicable.
