1. Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

• To cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at +91-7200025560 with your order ID.

• After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

• The order was cancelled before dispatch.

• The product is not available/out of stock after order confirmation.

• The package is lost in transit and cannot be delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable

:

• Opened or used medicines or health products

• Products that require refrigeration or special handling

• Medicines purchased without a valid prescription (where required)

• Items returned without original packaging, labels, or invoice

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, bank, etc.).

• You will be notified by email or WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.

5. Return Conditions

In cases of product damage or incorrect delivery:

• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share a clear photo of the product and invoice to [email protected]

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
